Our team works together to create a supportive, and respectful environment for both children and guests, while upholding strong child-protection and safeguarding standards.

Founder / Director

Provides overall leadership and vision for Lights of Kazinga.
Oversees program development, child welfare standards, and community engagement.

Co – Founder

Support the long-term vision and mission of the orphanage
Participate in planning programs that promote child welfare and community development
Help guide responsible growth and sustainability

Coordinator

[Shamia]

Manages daily activities, volunteer coordination, scheduling, and communication with guests and partners.

Board Member

[Geraldo]

Act as an ambassador for the orphanage in Spain and with partners
Build relationships with donors, sponsors
Provide strategic direction and long-term vision for the orphanage
