๐ Tailoring & Fashion Design Project
Stitching Skills. Sewing Hope. Creating Futures.
At Lights of Kazinga Orphanage, our Tailoring and Fashion Design Project is a life-changing vocational program designed to empower vulnerable youth, single mothers, and women in the community with practical, income-generating skills.
Located near Queen Elizabeth National Park in western Uganda, this initiative combines creativity, entrepreneurship, and community development to build sustainable livelihoods.
๐ Why This Project Matters
Many young people and women in rural communities lack access to formal employment opportunities. Through tailoring and fashion design training, we:

โ Support school uniforms and clothing needs within the orphanage
The project creates dignity through skills and transforms creativity into income.
